Help with Accessing Public Folders
Outlook - Office desktop client (Outlook Web Access below)
If you have trouble finding Public Folders, it's because Outlook does not present them by default.
Folder List

In the left hand pane, you should see all of the folders associated with your personal mailbox. Scroll to the very bottom of the list.

If "Public Folders" does not appear as an option, click on the "Folder List" icon (circled on left) and "Public Folders" will then appear at the bottom of the folder list. Click the ">" symbol to expand that option, and "Search Folder" and "All Public Folders" will appear. Next to "All Public Folders" click the ">" icon to expand that list, and all of the Cincinnati State shared folders and calendars will appear in the expanded list. (see below)

Public Folders

Click on the "Academic Technology Committee" folder to view all of the items in that particular public folder.

Outlook - Office desktop client

Outlook Web Access does present the Public Folders option by default. Clicking this option should open a new window (remember to allow pop-ups from the Cincinnati State site) and the Academic Technology Committee folder is in the list. (see below)
